What it is

A personal digital reliquary: a curated, research-backed catalogue of antiques and historical items. Each entry is documented with provenance, condition, valuation notes, and reference material.

The site is the public face of an extensive private Notion database, and it exists to show how a careful schema, an oxblood-and-cream visual language, and editorial writing turn a personal collection into something genuinely useful.

Credit where it is due

Curation, schema, and copy are mine. The site code was written by Perplexity, Claude Opus 4.7, and Claude Sonnet 4.6 under direction.

How it is built

1. 01Full provenance. A curated catalogue of antiques, books, and historical objects, each documented to the same standard.
2. 02Schema-driven design. Every field justified and consistent across entries.
3. 03A deliberate visual language. Oxblood and cream, inspired by leather-bound archives.
4. 04A refined rebuild. Replaces the earlier Reliquary at the-reliquary.pages.dev.
5. 05Notion-backed pipeline. Published to Cloudflare Pages from the database that holds the collection.
